Mo/W Doppleganger @ level 10
Keep in mind that I only have 45 attribute points to spend.
What can I use to kill him?

well...i killed him at lvl 11 with my mo/w
I was making my monk to 55 mostly so i just 55d him it was easy
but since ur a monk... i donno
maybe bring frenzy? the one that makes him take double dmg
then, use divine boon with as much as you can get in divine and a hammer with staggering blow so as to weaken him
so:
Frenzy
Divine Boon (everlast enchan so he only uses once i believe)
Staggeing blow
OR
you could try this
0 in heal, as much as you can get in smite
scourge healing
orison of healing
(other target ally skills)

I just completed it. It took 6 minutes and was painfully slow, but I did it. Just needed to use my head

It's actually quiet easy. Pacifism and Healing Breeze will get the job done.
Keep healing breeze on yourself at all times, and when your low on health pacifism him so that you can heal. After you're fully healed, keep whacking away at him with your staff, and repeat until he dies.

They already fixed that loophole long again. The AI will use healing breeze as well, and his will be +9 regen in contrast to your puny +4 or +5.
Thanks for trying

If it has been fixed .. it certainly wasn't 'long ago'.
I killed him with a monk about 2 weeks ago, and he didn't use HB.

all i did was bring three skills
healing breeze ( they didna make it so he uses thats BS)
divine boon (I used ta heal abit more on cast)
life atunement ( because he wont heal himself so the bonus is no good to im but the con of nerfed damage on him is great for you)(ps don use this on yaself)
took awhile but I did it at level 7 course in full droks bu6t thats beside the point he didn get me past half health cept once or twice but boon and breeze fixed that nicely everytime

Anything with monk just needs retribution and healing breeze. The dopple only seems to use HB to offset degens, like bleeding. If you have other skills like frenzy and empathy then bring them along as well.
Spells to waste his time are also useful, like spirits, attunements, etc.

The dopple will only use healing breeze to counter degeneration

well i had bane signet and healing breeze on me..thats all..
put like half in healing and half in smite, then just run ....untill you get you ur bane sig charged again, then hit him, he will be knocked down, use healing breeze, then just run around...thats how i beat him at lvl 7
